Remember having one of these back in the 70's-80's? You pop in a cassette tape and record music from the radio or a classroom lecture. You have to press down both the play and record button to start recording. Times have changed!

Today's tape recorders are now called Digital Voice Recorders.

Here's what we recommend:
RCA Digital 128 MB built in flash Memory voice recorder
Records files in MP3 format - encoding and playback. It also has an Automatic Voice Activated record - when in mode, recorder will sense the sound & start recording automatically. Recording stops when sound stops.
