I heart Michelle Obama.  She is fierce. She is fabulous.  Hell, she should be the one running for president.  I wonder what those PUMA bitches would think about that?  But I digress.  As a country we will be in good hands to have Michelle and Barack in the Whitehouse, two smart and capable people.
Maybe after Barack is finished his two terms as president, then Michelle can run for president, and actually win.  I bet that would really burn Hillary's buns. 

Anyhoo.  Here's Michelle in all of her glory showing folks how it's done at the national convention.







Now if that didn't make you feel all giddy and hopeful I don't know what will. 

Now I wiil take a brief break from the serious and be superficial.  Don't you just love Michelle's style! Her hair, her make-up, her outfit...flawless! Won't it be fabulous to have a really attractive first lady for a change...someone who doesn't look like the lunch lady or a stern librarian?  (Yeah I said it)  Michelle and Barack will bring style, class and beauty to the Whitehouse.  For once the U.S. will look good while guzzling oil. Take that France, our First Lady is the hotness!

This is actually an advantage to Barack, if he makes a mistake he can trot out Michelle and then we can all get distracted talking about her dress, who made it, how it fit, what shoes she chose to wear with it, etc etc....her workout routine, how cute her daughters are, on and on.  Barack will be the teflon president with Michelle by his side.

But enough about that superficial stuff for now.
