Ok you had your feelings were hurt when Obammy’s handlers did not want your scarfed head used as propaganda point for the Republicans. Sorry you got your feelings hurt. You’re a lawyer you must understand the potential for such abuse by the Republicans. I doubt we would see two gay guys holding hands behind him either. Political realities are just that. Quit making a fuss and do something useful for the campaign instead of drawing attention to yourself.
Of course Obama is inclusive but he does not operate in a vacuum. The realities of modern day America are that we are a divided country politically, racially, financially, and religiously. For the most part we tolerate each other as it serves our needs collectively and individually.
The Republican right wing is not so tolerant. They will do anything to advance their phobic agenda including exploiting religion in this case yours. Play it smart and get back at the bastards from the inside by getting Obama elected and not giving the Republicans ammunition to use against him.
