Here we go again, a member of the Christian Conservative moral majority caught is an adulterous scandal. Dinesh D'Souza is a married man and President of an evangelical college in New York, King's College. He was caught with a 29 year old woman in a hotel (introduced as his new fiancee) who was NOT his wife. Is this scandalous or just another day?
A conservative scholar behind a high-grossing film that condemns President Barack Obama says he resigned as president of an evangelical college in New York so it can move forward.
Dinesh D'Souza posted the statement on his website after the board of The King's College announced his resignation Thursday.
"I am grateful for the past two years that I have spent as president of The King’s College. But now it is time to move on. My resignation will enable The King’s College to go forward without distraction. And it will also enable me to address personal matters in my life as well as to pursue new opportunities made possible by success of my recent book and film," wrote D'Souza.
The evangelical magazine WORLD reported he was engaged to one woman while still married to another.
D'Souza directed the political documentary "2016: Obama's America." He says he and his wife have been separated since 2010.
D'Souza took his fiancee to a Christian values conference last month in South Carolina. Organizers confronted him after concluding he shared a hotel room there with his fiancee. Dinesh D'Souza is a political commentator and a frequent guest of Fox Noise. He denounces everything that is "unholy", maligns our President and opposes gay marriage on the grounds that it is unconstitutional, immoral and destroys "traditional unions."
So, D'Souza is all about conservative values but decided to share a hotel room at a Christian Values Conference last month in South Carolina with a new girlfriend. Though he says he is separated from his wife, Dixie, for 2 years - apparently the whole value about sex before marriage did not apply to him.
D'Souza claimed he and the 'fiancee" had stayed in "separate hotel rooms" and
denounces the World article - a Christian Evangelical magazine that published the scandal. It is now a battle between he said and the Christian tabloid said. Regardless, D'Souza broke off his engagement and also filed for divorce on October 4 - of course this happened after the whole scandal broke.
So .......
In this liberal mind's opinion - who the hell cares?! And the fact that he was made to resign over this ..... major WTF!!! There really isn't a scandal here, D'Souza and his wife have long been separated but those Christian Value Pharisees would point their bony fingers at you and slap your hand for betraying God's laws.

You may be an idiotic, repulsive, neo-conservative HYPOCRITE preaching moral values to everyone you oppose but your actions here did NOT deserve your resignation.
