Use the Birther's Conspiracy theories to raise money for Democrats, how excellent is that?! The more these fringe group of the GOP keeps shouting their misguided rants and wasting taxpayer's money, the more hope it is for Democrats to win the next election.
Democrats may be upset with all the questions about President Barack Obama’s birthplace, but some are starting to use the issue to their advantage.
The Democratic Governors Association has sent a fundraising letter asking donors to give money to help stop bills requiring birth certificates for presidential candidates being considered in various red states, Slate.com reports.
Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer recently vetoed a bill that would require presidential candidates to prove their U.S. citizenship in order to get on the ballot in the state. Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal indicated he would sign such a bill if it reaches his desk.
We have had 43 White Presidents in our American history and why is it that today do we 'demand' to see a US birth certificate after electing a black President? What is wrong with this picture?
Obama is half white, yet Birthers forget that he had a white mother who is and was an American citizen. All the focus is only directed to his Kenyan father. If you had forgetton your citizenship classes from high school, one would know that you can claim American citizenship through inheritance from your parent(s), no matter where you were born. That is why John McCain, born in Panama, is a US citizen through inheritance of his American parents.
My father was a US citizen but my mother was not. I was NOT born in the United States but I was a US citizen after birth - again, by inheritance. I did NOT need to go through any Naturalization and I currently have a US passport.
I use to vote Republican - then I grewup!
