Wallypark advertise themselves as a Premium High-Level First-Class White-Glove Airport Parking located in Atlanta, Denver, Los Angeles, Philadelphia and Seattle. One would think customer service is at the top of their list of priorities. NOT!!!

If you are in anyone of these 5 cities and looking for a Premium Airport Parking Service - Avoid Wallypark!

I have made numerous complaints via emails and had called their corporate office (a non-800 number). They have yet to returned my calls. Basically, they will are refusing to respond and address my complaint. As I was about to write a bad online review, I came across several other bad reviews:
BEWARE
Car was vandalized there. No returned phone calls or e-mails. Manager in the office laughed and said it was park at your own risk and said there are no security cameras as advertised. Roll the dice. We are now out of pocket for the repairs much more than we saved there!!  7/10/08

Do Not Use WallyPark
I parked my car using the Valet service, silly me I thought it would cover me from damages. I returned from my trip and there was damage. Filed a claim and was denied stating the damage was noted prior to dropping off the vehicle. This is an out right lie. My 2006 Dodge Stratus is in immaculate shape, it should be I just bought it from a dealer 2weeks prior. They lie and cheat. Save yourself the hassle park somewhere else. 7/5/08

Wally Park DAMAGED my car and then REFUSED TO FIX it
I used to use Wally Park all the time when I traveled on business monthly out of LAX. It was pricey but I figured their car wash service made it convenient for me to come back to a clean car. On my last trip, I picked up my car from their valet service to find a dent in one of the doors. The manager could not find any record of it on the inspection form when the car was brought in (because it obviously wasn't there!) I filed a claim which was rejected by Wally Park because they said they didn't do it. Phone calls back to them went unanswered. Letters and emails went unanswered. This business will be nice to you until something goes wrong. That's when the true nature of a company comes to light. DO NOT TRUST WALLY PARK to take care of you when something happens to your car.I usually don't like to leave bad blood on reviews, but I feel a personal responsibility to share my story with other LAX parkers. It's not so much about the damage more than the time spent and the aggravation, and my time that will now have to be wasted in small claims. I have never been so maliciously and deliberately harmed by a business who took no accountability for their actions. If you continue to park at Wally Park, do so at your own risk. 8/30/07

Avoid WallyPark,
which sucks veneral ass (sorry for the graphic, but it does). 1/13/08
So Customers Beware! Wallypark is a "premium" airport parking service - so you know their prices are high. The results is: they give sucktacular service at high $$$$$.
Just remember the laws of customer service: A happy loyal customer will tell 10 of his friends, an angry customer will tell 100 of his friends. A Pissed-Off customer will blog it!

Wally Park does not accept liability for vehicle's they damage.

On 8/16/2010, I dropped my F250 off for valet parking, as I've done for over 2 years. Upon my return on 8/19/2010, as I walked up to my truck, I immediately noticed a small ding and scratch on the driver's side door, above the beltline, next to the window, that was not there when I left it for the valet. I spoke with the manager, who was polite, and he provided a claims form that I filled out. He took a few pictures, and informed me a claims company would be contacting me regarding the damage.

On 8/27/2010, I received a letter from Maarco & Associates, denying the claim, stating "evidence in the file reveals that your Ford was properly parked without incident. The evidence also shows that no member of the valet staff experienced any mishap involving your Ford while it was present at the site. In addition, the damage you are claiming was observed by the parking staff and notated at the time your car entered the facility."

When I called the claims manager on 8/30/2010 to discuss, I as informed he was not available. The person who answered the phone discussed my claim - I explained that Wally Park had damaged the vehicle, and that no prior damage was present when it was dropped off. He stated the damage was noted when the vehicle was washed (I had asked for it to be washed upon my return). The truck was washed the day I returned from my trip, as is customary with Wally Park - 4 days after I'd dropped it off. I explained to the operator that the letter specifically states "....the damage was observed and notated at the time your car entered the facility", not "observed when the vehicle was washed", and that the damage must have occurred between it being parked, and moved for washing.

He then said that it's not possible for it to be damaged, as Wally Park uses door bumpers between cars. I explained it was very possible, and the operator got beligerent, stating "I've been doing this for 30 years, so don't tell me what is or isn't possible."

However, the door bumpers Wally Park uses do not go as high as where the damage is to my door.

I asked what "evidence" they have on file - he stated that he was only looking at the information in the computer, and didn't have physical access to the file, only Mr. Ray Vann did. Mr. Ray Vann is out of town until Thursday (9/2/1010), and he would return my call. I have little faith that I'll get a return call.

I'm continuing to investigate this incident on my own, until I hear from Mr. Ray Vann. Needless to say, I don't have a great deal of faith in Wally Park, or Maarco & Associates accepting responsibility for the damage.
