5. Selling Stuff on eBayNah! Not for me! There are actually books out there teaching people how to use Ebay and ways to sell your household junk (the one that comes to mind is Selling on Ebay for Dummies, or some title like that). I've used Ebay and no one had bid on my item - and after a month, I was already in the red. It cost money to place an Ebay ad. I brought the same item onto Craigslist (no ad charges) - and sold the item. Hmmmm! Big difference.
It's a fairly straightforward concept that most people are familiar with by now -- if you have a bunch of stuff that you don't necessarily need but others want and are willing to pay extremely inflated prices for, you can auction off the items on eBay or other online auction sites.
