NY Woman Says Tito Jackson Is Her Daddy and Sues

The Jackson clan stays in court don't they? Next up, Tito Jackson as a NY woman claims that he's her father and wants a few bucks for the inconvience.

A Brooklyn woman is taking the King of Pop's clan to court, claiming brother Tito Jackson is her dad.

Tanay Rodney Jackson, 25, filed a petition in Brooklyn Family Court last summer to declare the former Jackson 5 guitarist her father.

"He told me he was my father when I was 17," she said, adding that Tito Jackson would "pop over now and then" when she was in grade school.

"He didn't want it public," she said. "He was ashamed."

Ummm. Ok. But why sue? It's a little late to collect child support, Tito isn't the Jackson with the money and being Tito Jackson's kid is not going to make her famous....I mean it is just Tito after all, so what's the point? This could be handled in private, but I guess some people just want their 15 minutes of fame.
